Personal History: Bobby Drake’s life was normal, and a bit boring, until the day he encased a bully in a block of ice. SAMPLESIn-Character Journal Sample: Today was my first day teaching, and I've gotta say, it's a strange thing. I never would have thought twenty years ago that I'd be teaching mutant children how to build electromagnets. Oh, I shouldn't say "children". They're re really not. Hell, one of them was pregnant! She was a really sweet girl, though. And there's this girl I'm going to be tutoring. She calls herself "Rogue", and she's just got the sweetest smile. And she's coming over tonight. Hopefully I don't give her the wrong impression. I'm not sure if I was too forward, inviting her over and everything.
Oh well, it's too late to worry about that now. She'll be here soon. Jack and I are in the shop waiting for her.
In-Character (3rd Person) RP Sample: Pete stepped off the bus and back into fresh air. He looked around carefully for the right building, then readied himself to let a web fly. As he got into position for the best angle, his spider sense went off. Listening closer, he heard a woman scream in an alley nearby.
"I'll be right back," he said in a hurry and took off in the direction of the scream.
What he found was the woman who had screamed, beaten, bleeding, crying.
"It's ok. It's ok. You're safe now. I'm gonna take you to a hospital. We'll get you some help."
He called out for Wanda to come over as he picked up the bleeding woman effortlessly in his arms.
"That view's going to have to wait a few minutes. There's a hospital about a block away from here. I'm going to bring her there."
Pete took off on a tense webline, pulled taut and forceful like a bowstring. Leaping over two buildings, he settled in front of the hospital ER door and pulled his mask down before going inside.
"She was mugged, possibly stabbed," he told the doctors, "Take care of her."
And he left again to return to Wanda. He landed in front of her with a loud thud, creating a small crater near his feet and causing a rush of pain through his legs.
